Midlands hosted the the third annual Lower Georgia Avenue Main Street Chili Cook-Off last Sunday.
Judges from Petworth News, Park View, D.C, WAMU’s Dish City, DMV Black Restaurant Week and ABC 7 News on WJLA sampled traditional and vegan chili dishes.
