Your excuse to break out those cute pup booties or sweaters you’ve been eyeing! In a hauntingly awesome partnership with the North Columbia Heights Civic Association, 11th & Bark and the 11th Street DC, we’ll be hosting a Trick-or-Treat Halloween event for the goblins….uh we mean kids…of Columbia Heights! Join NCHCA and Trolley Park Friends group at 5:00pm at Trolley Park on the corner of 11th and Monroe Street where they’ll have plenty of games and treats!
Lastly, come celebrate another Noche Cultural at the plaza! Shake your bones to live music, take part in a costume contest and savor yummy treats for all! It’s a one of a kind spooky celebration of Mexican culture and history.
