It’s a spook-tacular time of year in Columbia Heights and we can’t wait to share the happenings with you! Whether you’re on two legs or four, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in this neighborhood! 

For the furry friends in your life, Columbia Heights dog park is hosting their annual costume contest on Sunday the 31st from 5-6pm. Your excuse to break out those cute pup booties or sweaters you’ve been eyeing! In a hauntingly awesome partnership with the North Columbia Heights Civic Association, 11th & Bark and the 11th Street DC, we’ll be hosting a Trick-or-Treat Halloween event for the goblins….uh we mean kids…of Columbia Heights! Join NCHCA and Trolley Park Friends group at 5:00pm at Trolley Park on the corner of 11th and Monroe Street where they’ll have plenty of games and treats! 

Lastly, come celebrate another Noche Cultural at the plaza!  Shake your bones to live music, take part in a costume contest and savor yummy treats for all! It’s a one of a kind spooky celebration of Mexican culture and history.
