This is pretty bizarre. On the Craigslist housing offered section there’s a super creepy ad looking for a “sexy fwb” (as in friends with benefits) in exchange for free rent somewhere near the Howard campus. Basically he is asking for prostitution.
And bizarrely, seemingly the same person posted another ad at basically the same time asking for a female roommate (with similar language and poor spelling) which is less overtly illegal but still quite creepy. My guess is he realized this one wasn’t obvious enough so he wrote the “sexy fwb” ad after.
Of course I flagged both ads. This person seems like a real piece of work. Be careful out there, folks.
