Where to watch the Nationals in the playoffs in our area

The Nats are in the MLB playoffs again, and there are a lot of great options in our area. The first game, which starts at 5:38 pm today, will be on FS1, part of the Fox Sports umbrella, which means most bars should have it.

Here’s some good spots to watch the games in our area:

Lou’s City Bar at 14th and Irving — a sports bar with a million TVs.

Walter’s, 3632 Georgia — named for Washington baseball great Walter Johnson, this is more of a low-key sports bar.

DC Reynolds, 3628 Georgia — lots of TVs inside and out, but smallish inside

Meridian Pint, 14th and Park — TVs upstairs and downstairs, but downstairs has the better vibe for watching a game.

Looking Glass Lounge, 3634 Georgia — two TVs and a big screen if there’s a big enough crowd, Looking Glass has a more laid back vibe and tasty bar food.

Bravo Bar, 2917 Georgia — an awesome, chill place with four TVs. I’ve watched the Super Bowl there and had a blast. Great deals too.

The Airedale, 14th and Spring — a gastropub with awesome food and whiskey soft serve, they also have lots of TVs and a good beer selection.

Any others I’m missing or you’d suggest?
