Good news for dog owners in Columbia Heights: the annual Halloween Dog Costume is back on! This year, 11th & Bark’s contest will be taking place online due to COVID-19.

To provide a safer option for the neighborhood, several members of the community have teamed up to organize a socially-distant Costume Walk on October 31 from 4-7pm.
