It’s going to be hot again on Tuesday and Wednesday, but at least you can go to the pool. DCist reports that the city sent out an alert saying that outdoor pools will be open later. The Banneker pool (2500 Georgia Ave NW) will be open until 8:30 pm (it’s closed Thursdays) and the Upshur Pool at 4300 Arkansas Ave NW, plus the Francis pool at 25th and N will be open until 9:30 pm (although Francis is closed on Tuesdays.)
In addition, trash will be picked up at 6 am rather than 7.
