You don’t see this every day. Apparently an elf and Santa have been rolling through the neighborhood on MPD Segways and motorcycles giving candy to kids. They are sometimes wearing uniforms (as least, according to the video’s caption) so one would assume these are police officers being nice rather than holiday-themed vehicle thieves, though.
