In February we heard that the T Street Post Office was closing. Now, it’s reopened in the Reeves Center, the DC government office building at 14th and U. Borderstan says it’s open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm. It’s closed Sunday.
Of course, there’s also a FedEx Office (or as I like to call it, Kinko’s) at 3111 14th Street NW, if that helps. And you can also get stamps at CVS and Giant.
Plus this gives me an opportunity to post clips from Seinfeld. I like the episode where they try to use Newman’s mail truck to drive a load of bottles and cans to Michigan because they give a 10 cent deposit there.
