Superstars in the building! Basketball star Lebron James and rapper and actor Drake were spotted at Immortal Beloved, a salon at 14th and T yesterday. Reporter Robert Costa spotted the pair and was told they were shooting Lebron’s HBO show The Shop, which is about barber shops. The Barber of Hell’s Bottom shares the same building, so it’s possible they went there as well.
If you recall, Drake has visited our area before: he got dinner with a friend at Z-Burger a couple of years ago when he was in town for a show. It’s not every day you see a hip hop superstar at a burger spot in our neighborhood. As far as I can tell this is the first time Lebron has visited our neck of the woods.
