SWEAT DC is hosting its 2nd Annual SWEATFEST 3.0this Saturday, Sept 28th at Banneker Community Center from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. Join the crew for a live DJ, 10+ coaches from SWEAT DC, 300+ people, giveaways, community tables & sponsors, demos, and an after party at Roy Boys and more!

The unique workout approach and empowering message has quickly made SWEAT DC a neighborhood hit. Their program is a 45 minute strength cardio core workout set in a nightclub setting. “It is a judgment-free, come-as-you-are workout zone, centered around challenging, fun, and inspiring strength workouts.They combine core strengthening exercises, HIIT cardio conditioning, & strength training, with the best beats to help you build a better you.”The music is loud, the studio is dark, the instructors are high energy.”

Join us for our 2 year anniversary party, Sweatfest 3.0. This is DC’s largest bootcamp party as only SWEAT DC and FITDC could do it. It’s free and fun and you do not want to miss it!

Schedule:
9:00 am – Kids and family workout with Body By Buckner. Workout along side your kids bring their friends for a fun 30 min workout. 

10:00 am – The official SWEATFEST workout begins with beats byDJWindyCity & a special secret musical guest. Prepare for a fun total body circuit sure to leave you SWEATY and smiling. 

11:15 am – The official after party is at Roy Boys. Enjoy food and drink specials from one of DC’s top spots. 

Bring water, a mat if you need it and towel. Invite your friends and we look forward to seeing you there!

SWEAT DC “started as pop up once a month fitness party for a fundraiser for an LGBT basketball team. The energy has grown to become a larger studio community who believe that everyone deserves to be healthy happy and included.
