Tonight the college football season comes to a close, as Alabama faces Notre Dame for the NCAA national title. (Of course, that’s the NCAA Bowl Championship Subdivision, which I still prefer to call Division I-A.) Some local spots are having deals, including Lou’s City Bar at 14th and Irving.
Lou’s is having a party and some deals: their usual $4 happy hour specials from 4-7 5-7pm, plus $13 pitchers of Lou’s Irish Red and also a Jameson whiskey party from 8-10pm, with special Jameson deals and freebies.
Blue Banana and DC Reynolds on Georgia Ave. and the Dunes at 14th and Meridian will also be showing the game.
