Just spotted this from the Georgia Ave. Community Development Task Force: They’re hosting a community fest at the Bruce Monroe Park at Georgia Avenue and Irving Streets NW. Sounds fun.
I went last year, there were some fun events, things to for kids, and food. (Plus we stopped by Mama Chuy before for some tacos, always a good bet.)
