A reader tipped me off to this: the Cardozo Court condo building at 1343 Clifton, which is run by housing non-profit Manna, Inc. and is only available to people making less than 60% of the area’s median income, is finished. Some of the units are still for sale.
I wrote about the project before, and some people seemed less than thrilled. Personally I think this is a good thing to allow people to become homeowners and help keep the neighborhood economically diverse.
