And some non-fire related news: it looks like there’s some new retail coming to the Heights of Columbia building at 14th and Girard, the one with the Dunkin Donuts. There’s already an urgent care center coming, which I wrote about recently, but another spot appears to be under construction too.
It’s not clear what’s going in, but some neighbors have emailed me worried that it might be a liquor store. I’ll keep updated once I learn more.
