Looks like the First Family is in our neighborhood: the President and First Lady are at Tubman Elementary School at 13th and Irving this morning to sign the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act. There’s a video now on the White House’s website. Nancy Pelosi is there too.
I wonder if this explains why I saw so many police cars on 14th Street this morning?
