Time for the latest in Street Booze, the occasional series on booze bottles I spot tossed around the neighborhood. This time around it’s a can of Natural Ice at 13th and Spring (under what looks like a yucca plant.)
Natty Ice, as its sort of lovingly known, is one of the cheapest beers out there with a lot of alcohol. An ice beer basically means they freeze the beer and take the ice crystals out, making it a higher alcohol beer. It’s made by Budweiser, which says “Natural Ice is characterized by its robust body, delicate sweetness and smooth, rich taste.” It would be pretty funny to be the guy who had to write that completely ridiculous description.
