A friend on Facebook just linked to this, someone spotted a white dog with a couple black spots in a harness near 13th and Columbia. Know this dog?
This little guy is roaming Columbia Heights. Obviously someone’s pet. Last seen going south on 13th St NW and went west on Columbia Rd NW. He would not let me close enough to check halter for tags but had no collar. His most distinguishing feature was two black spots on the side opposite his photogenic side— hope he gets home.
