This sounds fun: this Saturday there’s a neighborhood-wide yard sale, with multiple yard sales around the neighborhood plus one to benefit Tubman School (poster above), and there’s a concert afterwards at the Columbia Heights Civic Plaza.
The map is here at the bottom of the page, there are a few sales along Monroe plus one on Fairmont, one on Perry, one on Park and the Tubman School sale.
Tubman is also accepting donations of things to sell: you can drop them off today, Friday, between 3:30 and 5:30pm. You can also submit your yard sale to get on the site.
The event runs from 10am-2pm, with the concert from 4-6pm.
