Finally, some Wawa news! Today I got an email from a tipster that was sent by the managers of the Highland Park building where Wawa is going. They let residents know that construction will start January 7th and they are expected to open this spring.
The construction will be between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Hoagie time is around the corner!
As you recall, Wawa is replacing most of the retails spots around the Metro, where Potbelly, Five Guys and Pete’s Apizza used to be. Tynan Coffee will remain.
